We developed a Canvas Power App through which the security personnel were able to enter visitor information, like name, address, photograph, and contact details, which would ensure proper record-keeping.
Upon confirming a visitor's entry, the app automatically notifies the relevant contact person, streamlining communication and visitor management.
An admin interface was created to allow for the analysis of visitor records on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, enabling the client to monitor and manage visitor data effectively.
Admin can manually checkout those visitors who have not checked out yet to maintain accurate and updated visitor records.
Through automated visitor tracking, increasing efficiency and accuracy reduced manual work and ensuring seamless management of visitor records.
The online access and automation feature improved user productivity significantly, thus providing an active way of managing visitors to the security staff and admins.
