A sports performance department needed a centralized reporting system to analyze 15,000+ injury records across multiple sports, teams, and competitions. The existing process was manual, time-consuming, and lacked unified KPIs for injury prevention and recovery. The goal was to design an end-to-end Power BI solution that would deliver real-time visibility into injuries, recovery, treatment effectiveness, and risk patterns.
Managing a large, complex dataset with multiple dimensions (athlete, injury type, treatment, event, location).
